Learners

Open Change attendee, move date or cancel in your confirmation email. Depending on the organizer's policy you can:

Send someone else: change the attendee's name and email (usually until 24 hours before the start).
Move to another date of the same course: free until 7 days before, then a fee may apply.
Cancel: a full refund until 14 days before, 50% until 7 days before, no refund within 7 days (unless the organizer set other terms).

Your payment is held by EnrollClass until the course is delivered, so if the organizer cancels a class you are refunded or moved to another date.
