I didn't get the sign-in email

What to check when the sign-in link doesn't arrive or doesn't work.

• Check spam and promotions folders for a message from EnrollClass.
• Each link works once and for 20 minutes. Request a new one if it expired.
• Make sure you used the same address you were invited with.
• Signing in with Google or Microsoft avoids email entirely when your address is on those accounts.
