Zapier, Make and n8n recipes

Automate spreadsheets, CRMs, Slack and badges without code.

Owners & admins

Zapier

  1. Create a Zap with trigger Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook and copy its URL.
  2. Add it in Team → Integrations → Webhooks with the events you want (for example Order paid).
  3. Click Send test, then continue in Zapier (for example add a row to Google Sheets).
  4. To change things in EnrollClass, use Webhooks by Zapier → Custom Request with header Authorization: Bearer <your key>.

Make

Trigger Webhooks → Custom webhook; paste its address as an EnrollClass webhook. Actions: HTTP → Make a request with the same Authorization header.

n8n

Trigger: the Webhook node (use its production URL). Actions: HTTP Request with Header Auth Authorization: Bearer <your key>.

Ideas

  • Order paid → add the learner to your CRM or mailing list.
  • Check-in → post in a Slack channel.
  • Certificate issued → issue the Credly or Accredible badge.
  • Class below minimum → notify the instructor.
