Refund an order
Full refunds from Money, and what learners can do themselves.

- Open Money → Orders.
- Click ⋯ on the order.
- Click Refund in full.
Learners can also cancel themselves from the link in their confirmation email, within your policy. The defaults are: full refund until 14 days before the start, 50% until 7 days before, no refund within 7 days.
TIP Cancelling a whole class (from the class page) refunds or moves everyone at once.
